Meet The Trainers


Quentin is a certified personal trainer, located in Northwestern Pennsylvania.  He completed his fitness education at the National Personal Trainer Institute (NPTI) in Cleveland Ohio.  Beyond completion of his personal training certification, he has continued his education by receiving his AAAI ISMA designation, as well as participating in Spartan Group X Training and is now a certified Spartan Coach.

Quentin strongly believes in focusing on proper form and functional training.  He incorporates cardiovascular activity into each workout and is always aware of the individual needs of his clients.  Keeping safety at the forefront of each session greatly reduces stress on the body, preventing injury.  Each workout with Quentin is unique, creating a positive, exciting environment.  Yesterday you said tomorrow, why not start today?!





Kimberly Boal joined Studio 531 Fitness, after retiring from her “real job” after a long career in healthcare. She is no stranger to fitness, having been involved in fitness and advocating for good health for most of her years.  She is an avid cyclist, both on and off road, for the last decade.  She brings her enthusiasm and positive energy to the gym, encouraging and motivating all she meets.

Kim is certified as a personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  She is a Level 1 qualified TRX Trainer, certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, a Power Pilates Basic and Intermediate teacher, and a Certified Pre/Postnatal Coach through Girls Gone Strong.  Her focus at Studio 531 is to bring strength, functional fitness, and healthy eating to people of all levels of conditioning, teaching them how to build balance, strength, and endurance to enjoy their life adventures to the fullest.
