Here at 531 we strive to meet each of our clients individual needs and help them achieve their fitness goals. In our functional group training program, we focus first and foremost on proper form and function. We always incorporate cardiovascular activity with strength training, creating effective, versatile workouts with multi-faceted results. The goal in our group programs is for our clients to achieve overall fitness while maintaining their own health and nutrition goals. Most of our FGT clients can run a 5K any day of the week.
Quentin is our Strength Coach. He works with small groups, always putting strong emphasis on form. The goal is to encourage each client to do their personal best and to help them reach their goals. With our strength training clients, we strive to assist in building muscle with a focus on safety.
Youth Athletic Training
Whether you are a parent looking to help your child gain strength or endurance for a sport or a coach looking to help the overall fitness of a team, we have a customized program for you! The professionals at 531 are dedicated to safely training your children for their various activities or sports. Please contact us for information on times and prices.
In addition to our standard group training, we also offer personal training. Our certified trainers can assist you in reaching your personal goals in a private setting.
In this unique membership option, we encourage clients to complete their programs in a semi-private environment. SPT includes 2-4 individuals who would each be completing their own, personalized fitness plan, but in a small group setting. This encourages clients to push themselves harder than they would in a one-on-one and also enforces accountibility.
